KINIK GROUP Profile

INTRODUCTION

KINIK Construction is a family owned business, as the family members are the key personnel. International operations are conducted exclusively through EPIK Construction Company where KINIK is a major shareholder (other shareholders are Mr. Deniz Turkkan and Mr. Vecihi Acun).

The founders of KINIK Group, including EPIK, are members of a team equipped with a reputable experience gained over years of professional services in the CIS Countries (especially Central Asia and Russian Federation), Balkans, the Middle East (especially Saudi Arabia and Iraq), North Africa, starting from the early years of emergence of the Turkish contractors in the international construction business.

The leading members of the team have started working together for Ozdemir Construction in construction projects in Saudi Arabia in 1983, and continued in many projects for Atilla Dogan, Ere Engineering and finally Zafer Construction companies.

As founders, major shareholders and key management staff in Zafer Construction Company, the KINIK Group management has played the key role in the establishment and progress of the firm.

The purpose of establishing a new company is to repeat our proven success and further improve our record of professional capacity, in a better technical, administrative, financial, organizational, and most important of all, professionally ethical environment.

CAPACITY:

KINIK Group is a multi-disciplinary and powerful organization, capable of managing any type and size of construction contract, reflected by the examples of our previous works, as indicated in the attached list of completed works and resumes of the key personnel.

Because of the company structure, number of permanent staff and technicians/supervisors is exceptionally high compared to other construction firms in the country.

The company is financially sound and stable, and has obtained strong support of several banks in a very short time.

PURPOSE:

It is KINIK’s main goal and policy to obtain professional satisfaction and pride, both for the client and ourselves, and to provide its clients with the best services, highest quality and most economical solutions.

METHOD:

KINIK team utilizes contemporary construction management techniques, detailed scheduling, partnering and value engineering methods to produce best results in construction.

We have proved many times in the past to be capable of preparing management and technical (as well as cost) proposals better than most leading international (Europen and US) construction companies. We are now proving that we can also work accordingly.

KINIK, through EPIK, has currently concentrated its efforts on international projects, in order to make best use of its experience, expertise and organization, without neglecting local opportunities. KINIK has chosen to form strategic alliance partnerships with prominent expert groups who share the same business policies and quality standards. Such partnerships will also help KINIK in maintaining the quality of services and to keep the work teams in close and fresh ties with the company.
